Saturday 21st June at 3pm will see the final MUSIKUNST performance down in the GB basement before the new owners kick us unceremoniously up & out into the daylight forever. We will be relocating to a new venue for a seamless transfer for the next MUSIKUNST chapter on the last Saturday in July as usual, but this month will be the last opportunity to re-imagine this odd space for our purposes in the foreseeable future.

With that in mind this performance will harness all available space - 3 adjacent rooms in a row: Stage, Middle, Bar - for this final show with a project called "Trans-Positions". It will consist of approximately 18 sets of solo or duo performers playing sometimes solo & sometimes collaboratively with the performers in the next room. The overlapping sets will have the sounds traveling (or transposed) back and forth through the three rooms continuously for 3+ hours.

For this special event doors will open earlier than usual at 2:30 pm and performances will start at 3:00 pm sharp

GENERAL CALLOUT TO PLAYERS & AUDIENCE ALIKE:
The last set will be an all-in piece for any and all comers. Looking mainly for lots of brass & reeds, but anything that isn't tied down will do really, so please come and feel free to join in on the last blast in the GB Basement!
