Tonight’s Undue Noise, headlined by Brisbane-based Andrew Tuttle features 3 acts that combine acoustic instruments with computer based electronics.

Andrew Tuttle, based in Brisbane, Australia; creates sounds that explore the relationship between instrumentation, structure and genre within electronics and acoustics.
Tuttle, usually solo, although occasionally in semi-regular and ad-hoc collaboration, creates a synthesis of electronic/acoustic instrumentation and genre, and improvisation/composition performed on acoustic guitar, computer, synthesiser, banjo, harmonica, electronics, voice, etc. Under his own name, solo and in collaboration, Tuttle has performed at venues and festivals including Gallery of Modern Art (Brisbane), Melbourne International Jazz Festival (Melbourne), Judith Wright Centre (Brisbane), and Make It Up Club (Melbourne). Prior to 2013, Tuttle primarily recorded and performed under the moniker Anonymeye. After three albums, two dozen other recorded appearances and over one hundred live performances in Australia, Europe, and New Zealand; the Anonymeye moniker was retired in early 2013. When not creating music, Tuttle is an active participant in the Australian independent music community, as a creative director, tour manager, freelance writer and administrator. Two local acts using acoustic/computer combinations will also perform
Jude Russell / Muttboy (Rex Hardjadibrata) / Jacques Soddell

will present an improvised set following their successful first collaboration at the recent Black Box Improv event at the Old Fire Station. Jude plays keyboards with Castlemaine improv group Atmos Ensemble, Rex, who performs under the name Muttboy, is a recent arrival to Central Victoria and will perform used "prepare" acoustic guitar. Jacques is a Bendigo-based musique concrete composer.
