MORELANDS / Morelands are an instrumental music duo inspired by the Australian bush and it's inhabitants. It takes musical influence from jazz, folk and blues.
This will be their last Melbourne show before hitting the highway to the outback with our new debut release: "sundowner music".

AUTOMATING / Sifting through the sonic waste and discarded technology left by the roadside of a world speeding too fast into the future. Field recordings, found sound, tape manipulation, noise and effects units. Currently pursuing live and studio created binaural soundscapes and archaic tape based drones.

DARK MONOLITH / Two local forces (Dark Passenger & Monolith) team up to create the presence known as Dark Monolith, forging new territories combining industrial space drone, degraded metallic drone and concrete noise. Blended into sonic particles and vented from the speakers like interstellar dust.

ORBITS / Is the solo and collaborative project of Warwick JW Smith (JW Sparrow/ Cat Cat/ Mankilled/ The Gashes). The music branches into drone, psych and shoegaze and leaves audiences feeling entranced by layers of guitar, organ, drum and vocal loops.

Happening on Saturday November 10th
@ Conduit Arts. 83 Brunswick St. Fitzroy.
8PM. $10.00
