Tuesday September 4th @ the Make It Up Club

This week, a focus on psychoacoustics generated both acoustically and electronically: Kraig Grady’s Clocks and Clouds project features hand built, tuned percussion instruments utilising the Javanese slendro harmonic series, where beating standing waves and phantom resonances invade the acoustic space of MIUC. Alice Hui-Sheng Chang‘s intoxicating vocal extensions collide with Ben Byrne’s latest forays into blank analogue data tape manipulations in real-time. And an uncompromising duo comprising Yuka Discobeans and Yuko Kono in their new collaboration in processed beats, voice and electric guitar.
