Trevor Watts and Veryan Weston @ Bennetts Lane, Sunday June 17th

This Sunday, two legends of the Brittish wing of the late-60s European Free Jazz/Free Improv revolution are performing at Bennetts Lane in Melbourne.

Trevor Watts (saxophone) & Veryan Weston (piano), were pioneers of abstracted, jazz-based free improvisation in the UK, amongst the likes of their contemporaries, Derek Baily, Evan Parker, Paul Rutherford, John Stevens and John Butcher, and with the pioneering Spontaneous Music Ensemble.

Should be pretty amazing.
