Miller Puckette in Melbourne! + weekly patching circle

Miller Puckette, the orginial creator of Max MSP and Pure Data, is coming to Melbourne.
The Melbourne Patching Circle and Media Lab Melbourne are hosting a special event to coincide with Miller’s visit on Saturday 7th July 2012.
It will be a day and night of patching hacking installation performance electronic experimental interactive show and tell.
This is a call out for submissions to install, present or perform something you have made.
In the spirit of the patching circle we want to be as inclusive as possible so if you have an idea and you think you can pull it off in time we would love to include your thing so go ahead and submit a proposal! It should communicate as clearly and succinctly as possible what you intend to do, what you intend to bring and what (if anything) you will need from us.
You will need to provide most of your own equipment. There may be some things we have so let us know.
This is an event for the love. We are coming together to make something great so whatever you can contribute will be much appreciated. Any ideas are welcome so come out and share them.
Deadline for submissions is 21st June 2012
