Scattered Order – Melbourne shows – April 2012

Since their formation in 1979 Sydney post/punk band Scattered Order have been confounding listeners with their non-stick, genre bending ideas of noise and tune.

After numerous releases, line-up changes and long periods of hibernation Scattered Order re-emerged in 2009 with original members Mitch Jones and Michael Tee.

With the addition of Shane Fahey (ex The Makers of the Dead Travel Fast) 2011 brought more performances and 2 releases. "It's behind you" recorded live at Megaphon studios, with it's crazed combination of doomed rhythms, fuzzed up bass, dental drill guitars, incomparable synthy looseness and found sounds and the EP "A solar rush towards a treble heaven".

SO prepare yourself for several different approaches to Scattered Order's sonic assault of loops, samples, synthesisers, guitars and video projections from Living Science Dept .....
