Tuesday May 24th @ the Make It Up Club

After last years inaugural showcase, the MIUC has the pleasure of presenting the 2011 cohort of Natasha Anderson's RMIT performance class. Comprising a dozen emerging sound artists exploring a vast range of approaches to new sonic extrapolation, the student's of this semester's course exploit numerous sound production strategies. From traditional electronic and acoustic instruments, to novel interactive devices and software applications, the group will present a number of sets in varying combinations with varying to degrees of improvisational structure, from aleatoric palimpsests to the completely free.
