Tuesday February 15th @ the Make It Up Club

This week, the MIUC is totally stoked to present a very special evening of DIY hack and crack, analogue detournement with the GLTCHD Collective. Curated by Ben Kolaitis, and featuring a cast of luminaries from Melbourne's ripe electro-cracker scene, this collective of circuit-board guerrillas will expose their latest experiments over 2 sets, with Q&A sessions highly welcome during the breaks. GLTCHD is a collection of artists that use DIY construction and techniques in creating instruments and sculptures. Some of these new experimental inventions include circuit bent oscilloscope tv's, unique handcrafted midi devices, handmade synthesizers controlled via fruit, handcrafted modified trumpets and many more. GLTCHD is a world where both the performer and the inventor have come together to push innovation in the field of experimentation.

Dale Chapman: Handmade synthesiser wi/ plasma ball
